Labour Day.

Labour. Day.

A new beginning. A fresh start. Something so magical, pure, clean-slate about it.

And this year, unbeknownst to my family, we are going to make some big changes. Some positive changes. Some lifestyle changes.

I love the idea of starting fresh, especially given that it's in a positive direction. No doubt we need to change some of the bad habits we have picked up over the last few years, being a busy family of 5, and this is our chance to do it.
